Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport

The service and staff provided by the Hilton Garden Inn was excellent. This was our starting point for a week in Florida. We were caught in the chaos of snow and ice trying to return. I made numerous calls to the Hilton after constant cancellations of our return flights, usually last minute. The staff was always gracious and kind as our room reservations kept getting pushed to another day. Three days later when we returned, the shuttle was there as promised, the hotel desk clerk was wonderful and the room was ready. Brushes, shovel and battery charger was available as we dug out the snow covered car in -18 degree chill. They even offered to help us dig out the car. After the airport chaos this was a most welcome place to return. Wonderful personnel. We would most definitely stay here again.

We often stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport (Moon Township) the night before an early vacation flight. It’s incredibly convenient to leave our car there at a reasonable rate while we’re away. The rooms are always clean, the service is excellent, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The bar area is beautiful—always festively decorated for the holidays—and the food is delicious. The location is ideal, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We’ve also attended several events hosted at the hotel and have consistently had a wonderful experience. It’s truly our favorite local hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. Rooms are clean. Location is perfect. We loved having the bar available, especially on rainy or winter days. Having the restaurant on site is a great amenity. Staff at the front desk are kind and welcoming, especially Tammie S.

I stayed here for work for two nights and it’s such a great hotel. There’s outside seating with a fire pit. There’s a great bar there’s Meeting space the gym is fantastic. The best part about this stay for me was Liz the woman who works at the front desk. She was so kind to me after I had a late night Check in. She even went to go grab me some coffee from the back of the house and made me just feel so at home. She was so warm and welcoming. I recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport, especially considering we were snowed in, and the staff was absolutely AWESOME. The restaurant team Allen, Tammy, Matt, and Tammie. went above and beyond. They took my order and were literally running all night and day, nonstop, making sure every single need was taken care of despite the circumstances. Their positive attitudes, energy, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier and more comfortable. You could truly feel how hard they were working for the guests. Huge thanks to this incredible team for turning a snowed-in stay into a great experience!

Such a wonderful experience at this HGI! My check in was very smooth and while there was a little bit of a line behind me, Chrissy took the time to answer my questions and double check my information. She was prompt and informative. My room was clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. I stopped by the restaurant for dinner and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Fiona! What a ray of sunshine on a long business day. She was fun, happy, and seemed to know everyone at her bar that night, greeting most by name! Thanks to the proximity of this location and more importantly the warm welcome from the staff this will be the hotel I book in my future work trips.

The staff at this property are outstanding - very service industry oriented. Property is in a fantastic location, close to everything! Would definitely stay here again. The shuttle service to the airport is a huge bonus as well. Keep doing what you are doing Hilton Staff Members. We see you :)

A great place at a great price. Fiona at the bar took care of us when we came in two days in a row (yesterday and Sunday) when we were delayed due to the awful blizzard. On a moment's notice, we had a clean room and a restful night's sleep.
